In this fun and creative activity, the students of Class 1 made Insect Hotels using simple things like sticks, twigs, leaves, and thread. Then, with the help of their teacher, they carefully tied the sticks and twigs together using thread to build a small home for tiny insects.
These little hotels give insects like ladybugs, butterflies, and bees a safe place to rest and hide. After finishing their insect hotels, the students will placed them in the home garden to see which bugs might come to visit!
This activity helped children learn about how insects are our friends and why we should take care of them. It was also a great way for them to explore nature, use their hands to build something, and work happily in teams
