Activity Title: Investigating Rocks

Objective:
The purpose of this activity is to explore and understand the characteristics of different types of rocks. Students will observe, classify, and describe rocks based on their physical properties, such as texture, color, hardness, and composition

Each student will begin by observing the rock samples closely using a magnifying glass. They will note the color, texture, and any visible features such as crystals, layers, or fossils.
